Gudrides Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Gudrides website, mobile applications, vehicle rental services, and all related features (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law to use the Platform. Users below 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent.
3. User Account
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.- You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of your account.
4. Use of Services
You agree to:- Use the Platform and rented vehicles only for lawful purposes- Comply with all traffic regulations and local laws- Not sublease, resell, or permit others to drive any rented vehicle unless authorized- Return rented vehicles on time and in the same condition
5. Payments and Transactions-
Payments for rentals and other services are processed through our authorized payment systems.- Additional charges may apply for late returns, damage, loss, or traffic violations during the rental period.- You agree to allow Gudrides to debit your registered payment method for these charges.
6. Rental Requirements and Responsibilities-
A valid SIM C (motorcycle license) or relevant driving permit must be held by the renter.- The vehicle must not be used for racing, towing, illegal activities, or transporting hazardous materials.- The user is fully responsible for fuel usage, battery charging, and keeping the vehicle safe and secure.- In case of accident, you must report to Gudrides and local authorities immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, and trademarks on the Platform are the property of Gudrides or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written permission.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gudrides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or rented vehicles, including but not limited to:- Traffic violations or fines- Vehicle misuse- Damage, loss, or theft during your rental
10. Termination
Gudrides may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or rental privileges for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or legal noncompliance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the relevant Indonesian courts.
12. Updates and Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review them regularly.
